KRA of Senior executive, Direct Sales includes verified 750 in person meetings or 75 offline demonstrations of the customers in your respective territory or achieving your assigned monthly targets. To justify your monthly compensation, you must:
Identify & directly meet with a prospective customers in person, who has shown interest in the product in your given territory to get at least 75 demonstrations in a month where demonstrations or meeting is defined as the contact details of the marketing decision maker of a medium/big sized company with a minimum annual potential purchase of annual Rs 1 lakh in your territory that has been vetted & verified by your senior.
Visit, meet in person and provide a full demo of the service to at least 75 of such verified demos and entered in the CRM with full details including the name, business name, accurate mobile numbers of the concerned persons and the address along with the status of the meeting.
You shall be entitled to receive incentives for achieving excess to your targets and on continuous achievement of 15 times of your CTC with kit19 – eligible for subscription services for consecutive 3 month.
