We are looking for telecallers who have excellent communication skills for our appointment setting Australian outbound sales process.

Job Responsibilities:-

Cold Calling
Generate sales leads
Identify and qualify legitimate sales opportunities.
Initiate contact by phone and follow-up in a timely manner.
Explain products and services to new and existing customers and the potential value added.
To make daily reports.
To monitor calls of the agents.
To support manager on the floor as a team leader.
To give process training to the new joinees


Desired Skills:

Should possess excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Comfortable in doing cold calling
Should be flexible for working in early morning shifts (Australian shift – 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM)
Who is already working in Australian processes and who can join immediately will be an additional advantage.
Sales Driven
Good interpersonal skills
Self confidence
Should be a teamplayer.
Prior BPO sales background will be added as an advantage.


Please find below the specifications pertaining to the requirement:
Qualification: Any Graduate / Pursuing Graduation / 12th Pass
Experience: 0 – 3 Years.
Working days: 5 days, fixed off on Saturdays and Sundays
Shift timings: Early morning shift (5:30 AM – 2:30 PM)
Remuneration: 12K - 25K Per Month + Incentives + Cab + Meals
Job location: Noida Sector 64
